1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Estimora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Estimora on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

2. The Service

Estimora is intended to help contractors and service professionals organize estimates, customer details, follow-up activities, and open opportunities. Features may change as the service is developed.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, and activity that occurs through your account. Notify Estimora if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Free Trial

The planned Estimora Pro subscription is $49 per month after a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility, payment timing, renewal, taxes, and billing details must be displayed clearly at checkout before a subscription is activated.

5. Cancellation

The planned subscription may be cancelled. The exact cancellation method, effective date, and access period will be explained in the live billing experience before paid subscriptions begin.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use customer information in violation of applicable privacy and communications laws.

7. Your Data

You remain responsible for the information and customer data you enter into Estimora, including having the rights and permissions needed to use it. Data export, deletion, and retention procedures will be published before launch.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

Estimora is provided as an organizational tool. It does not guarantee that a quote will be accepted, a customer will respond, or a job will be won. Service availability and support commitments will be defined in the final terms.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Pre-launch draft: These terms are not final legal advice. Confirm the business entity, governing law, billing rules, cancellation process, refund policy, support commitments, and liability provisions before launch.
